How much is the shipping charge on your site?

In our internet store, you will pay the shipping cost 7 TL (VAT included) for all of your Turkey delivered shopping.

In all other countries you will do at our internet store, the shipping fee is calculated as 10 Euro (VAT included).

Which cargo company do you work with?

Your order delivery to Turkey, which you have created from our internet store, is delivered to you with MNG Cargo assurance.

Other countries that you have created from our online store are delivered to you with DHL Air Cargo assurances.

When does the order arrive?

Turkey delivery orders are delivered to cargo within 2 working days. After your order is delivered to the cargo, the delivery time varies between 2 and 5 working days depending on the region you are in. Orders you place on weekends or official holidays will be shipped within 2 working days following these days.

Other countries delivery orders are delivered to cargo within 2 working days. After your order is delivered to cargo, the delivery time varies between 3 and 7 working days depending on the region you are in. Orders you place on weekends or official holidays will be shipped within 2 working days following these days.

 

How can I follow the order?

After your order is delivered to the cargo, you can follow the condition of your cargo.

You can follow the cargo tracking section of the cargo company with the tracking number from the cargo company.

 

 

 

Can another person take delivery of my order?

Your order can be delivered by your first complaint with surname consistency with your identity card. At the delivery address you will be asked for the signature of the person who has delivered your package.

 

The order came when I was not at my address. What can I do?

Can I change the recipient of the order?

If you are a member, check the status of your order from the "My orders" tab in the "My Account" link. If you have made a purchase without a member, you can view the status of your order using the "Order Tracking" link at the bottom of our site.

If you are in the "Preparing Your Order" status, you can forward the new recipient contact information to us via our customer service on the form in the contact section. If your order has been cargo, we ask you to get help from MNG Cargo Customer Service number 444 06 06 in relation to the issue.

If the order is wrong / defective, what should I do?

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will need to fill out the return request form on-site with your order. You can then return your product (s) with the cargo company you requested (provided that invoice information is included).

The amount of the product will be reported to your bank to be returned to your credit / debit card which you have paid within 30 working days. If you have paid by credit card, this information received by your bank will be reflected in the credit card extensions according to the bank's working principles. In installments, repayments are made in installments in some banks. If you have made payment by ATM (debit) card, the bank will transfer the refund amount to the relevant account.

Could you send the order faster?

 

Your orders are delivered to cargo within 2 working days as a standard. We do not have a faster delivery option.
